Returns & Refund Policy

At Just By The Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be returned in their original condition. 
• Products must be in their original packaging. 
• Please contact us before returning any item for return instructions. 

Products that have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
